Someone hit me when I don't have insurance?
Someone hit my car but I did not pay for my insurance for last 2 months and I don't have insurance now. Would his insurance pay me or I have to have insurance to get paid? damage is more then $1400 and he is asking to pay me $400 cash to not report or report it to insurance but I afraid insurance does not pay me because I don't have insurance.
